1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Subeo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Subeo is an AI-powered subtitle editor that allows users to upload videos, automatically transcribe audio, edit subtitles, and çıktı subtitle files. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Creation

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with third parties.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subeo offers monthly subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD or TRY depending on your location.

Free Plan: 3 videos per month, no credit card required to sign up.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to videos and content you upload. Subeo processes uploaded videos solely for subtitle generation and deletes them from servers within 24 hours.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Not upload harmful, abusive, or copyright-infringing content
Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
Not access the Service using automated bots or scrapers

You must be at least 13 years old to use Subeo.

7. Intellectual Property

Subeo and its original content (design, logo, software) are the property of Subeo. You retain all rights to videos and content you upload.

8. Service Interruptions

The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Subeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
